Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

While we strive to ship all qualifying orders the same day, processing times may vary during periods of high order volume, severe weather events, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from within the United States.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow carriers time to update tracking information after shipment.

Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination address. Estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Returns & Refunds

Return Eligibility

Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.

Return Authorization

Before returning any product, customers must contact our support team to obtain return authorization and return instructions.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Please allow several business days for the refund to be processed and posted by your financial institution.

Non-Returnable Items
